Presentation and awareness event to stamp out the stigma and normalise speaking up and speaking out about mental health in children and adults.
Wednesday 18th September from 4.30pm - 6.30pm.
It’s time for young people in our community to be given the chance to talk openly about mental health. None of us are experts but we don't have to be to be able to talk and listen; we can be that friendly face when family, friends, school friends or college classmates need help, support and understanding, so please join us at The Suffolk Punch Trust to meet the Student Life Team and find out more; please go to www.trainingforlife.org.uk to book your place.
The Peninsula Practice Patients Participation Group (PPG) will do their best to make sure there is enough biscuits, cakes and a cuppa for everyone.
The PPG invited Student Life to support this event, if you would like to find out more about them please visit their website.
If you want to get in touch with the PPG please email peninsulapracticeppg@gmail.com
