We are currently recruiting for a Cook/Cafe Supervisor and a Weekend Duty Manager.
We are looking for a Cook/Cafe Supervisor who is a creative cook and star baker who can plan menus, manage stock, ordering and ensure the highest standards of food hygiene at our in house cafe at The Suffolk Punch Trust. This is a seasonal post beginning of March to end of October - equivalent to full time hours during this period. Potential for further hours and out of season events. Salary £18,000 - £22,000 (pro rata) depending on experience.
The Weekend Duty Manager role is a part time post for during our open season which runs from the end of March to October. Responsibilities include opening up, greeting the public and supporting volunteers, till and reception duties, cashing up, first aid, admin and generally ensuring the smooth running of the visitor centre. One post covering both days or potentially Saturday/Sunday posts for two candidates. Hourly rate TBC depending on experience.
